Drive By Mobile Detailing provides mobile car detailing services at your preferred location in Simi Valley. Our goal is to deliver high-quality detailing while ensuring convenience for our customers.

2. Appointment Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Customers must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle and location.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing

• Prices for services are provided upon request and may vary based on vehicle size and condition.
• Payment is due upon completion of services and can be made via Zelle, Cash, or Card

4. Customer Responsibilities 

• Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and free from personal belongings.
• Drive By Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Liability Disclamer 

While we take utmost care during the detailing process, Drive By Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle during our service. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-existing damages, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancelation Policy 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
